Join Papa Cilio for a hands-on class on canning fresh tomatoes in the style of his homeland, Naples, Italy. The intimate class is held in the garden of CASA HUDSON, an accoladed B&B overlooking the Hudson River. We’ll supply the tomatoes but bring your own wine & stay for a mid-afternoon pasta lunch immediately after class concludes.
